By accessing or using footbadle you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

footbadle is a free daily football guessing game. We may add, change, or remove modes, puzzles and features at any time. We aim to publish a fresh daily puzzle for each mode, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Content and intellectual property

The footbadle name, design, original text (including the articles on our blog) and software are owned by footbadle and protected by applicable law. You may share links to our content, but you may not copy, republish or redistribute substantial portions of it without permission.

footbadle is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any football club, league or governing body. Club names and badges are the property of their respective owners and are used factually for identification only. Stadium photography is used under the relevant Creative Commons licences, credited on our Attributions page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Football data is compiled from openly available sources and may contain errors or be out of date. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, footbadle and its makers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Advertising and third parties

The Service is supported by advertising and may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of ads and third-party services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
